Our Access® Tile Surface Applied ADA truncated dome tile, and detectable wayfinding bar tiles are in full compliance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and are installed throughout the world. We’ve highlighted some of our demos and projects below to help you design your next or existing tactile paving project.
Access® Tile Surface Applied ADA tiles can be installed on any most surfaces. This photo of Access® Tile Surface Applied truncated domes illustrates how adaptable our ADA compliant tactile floor tiles are and showcases installation directly on tile flooring.
The surface of the Access® Tile ADA truncated dome features an eye-catching tactile pattern. Our distinctive pyramid tactile pattern can be seen in this close-up view. Access® Tile ADA compliant tiles are comprised of clusters of tiny pyramid-shaped texture in the shape of a + to provide additional slip resistance while helping detect and warn the visually impaired in street crossings and transit stations.
Access® Tile ADA truncated domes can be seen from a distance. The angle of this tactile paver shows the truncated domes and the ADA federal color clearly. Safety Red, yellow and white are a few of our many detectable warning federal colors to choose from.
